Similarly, inhabitants of Ade Meta neighbourhood in Bamenda II subdivision woke up Wednesday 27 January 2021 with deafening sounds of two explosives on both sides of the road.
The sound which was heard in almost all neighbourhoods caused a lot of panic around the town.
Traders who were about opening their business places around the area were forced to escape for their safety. Pupils and students who were heading to schools ran helter-skelter for safety. Two explosives are said to have been planted at night.

“When we came to the road in this morning, we discovered that separatist fighters had come and planted two explosives. We saw everything scattered at the road. Everybody was scared but they were no casualty,” said trader who refused to be named for fear of victimization.
